PRINCIPAL THERAPIST
With over 27 years of experience as a therapist, Jane is a trusted guide for individuals and couples navigating life’s challenges. Known for her warmth, empathy, and genuine approach, she creates a safe, non-judgmental space where clients feel supported to explore their vulnerabilities, strengthen their relationships, and foster meaningful growth.
Jane specialises in working with complex trauma, mental health issues, infidelity, addiction and substance use, grief and loss, LGBTIQA+ and a wide range of other challenges. Jane also works with domestic and family violence and the complexities that come with that, including families involved in the family law process.
She is highly skilled in utilising psychodynamic and psychoanalytical methods, family systems therapy (particularly Bowen theory), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and narrative therapy to address her clients’ unique needs. Whether working with individuals, couples, or family systems, Jane’s approach is grounded in her belief in the power of personal change and growth.
Drawing from a range of evidence-based methods—including Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), family systems therapy, and psychodynamic approaches—Jane empowers her clients to navigate difficult circumstances and create lasting change. Her goal is to help individuals and couples gain insight, heal emotional wounds, and build healthier, more fulfilling lives.
Jane holds a Social Work degree from the University of New South Wales and is an accredited mental health social worker. She brings a wealth of training in psychotherapy, narrative therapy, and family systems to her practice, ensuring compassionate, professional care for every client.

Mim is a highly experienced psychotherapist and psychologist with over 16 years of experience as a psychologist and more than 9 years of experience as a psychotherapist. She holds a Master's degree in Psychology, is a certified psychologist in Sweden, and is a registered member of the Psychotherapy and Counselling Federation of Australia (PACFA).
Mim works with children, adolescents, adults, and families, providing compassionate, evidence-based support across a broad range of presentations, including anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, grief and loss, relationship difficulties, neurodiversity, phobias, life transitions, and separation-related challenges.
Known for her warm, thoughtful, and client-centred approach, Mim tailors therapy to the unique needs of each individual. She draws from a range of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic Therapy (PDT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Schema Therapy, and Attachment Theory, creating an integrative therapeutic experience that supports meaningful and lasting change.
Mim has a particular interest in working with children and young people, creating safe and trusting therapeutic spaces where they can express themselves through conversation, play, and creative forms of communication. She recognises the important role families can play in supporting children and adolescents and thoughtfully incorporates parent consultation and support where appropriate.
In addition, Mim provides therapeutic support for older adults, individuals facing serious or terminal illness, and family members navigating the emotional complexities associated with these life stages.
Mim is passionate about helping clients better understand themselves, strengthen their relationships, build resilience, and move towards a more fulfilling and connected life.

Scarlett Stemler
Scarlett is a relational, trauma-informed psychotherapist committed to supporting individuals, couples, and families through life’s challenges with compassion, depth, and integrity. She works with children, young people, adults, and families to help them navigate emotional pain, relational difficulties, and complex life transitions. Scarlett’s approach is grounded in person-centred values, with a strong foundation in attachment theory, family systems, and somatic awareness. She believes that healing happens in relationship—with self, others, and the broader environment—and brings a gentle, attuned presence to her work with clients.
Scarlett creates a therapeutic space that is safe, collaborative, and respectful—where clients can feel deeply seen, heard, and supported. Her practice is shaped by a commitment to social justice and inclusivity, acknowledging the impact of cultural, intergenerational, and systemic influences on people’s lives. She is especially passionate about working with clients experiencing relational trauma, anxiety, emotional overwhelm, identity exploration, grief and loss, and developmental transitions. Scarlett also supports parents and caregivers who are striving to strengthen their relationships with their children, build emotional awareness, and cultivate secure, connected family environments.
Her clinical experience spans a range of settings, including private practice, youth mental health services, community programs, and peer-led support networks. This diverse background has enriched her understanding of the many ways people seek connection, meaning, and healing across different stages of life. Scarlett’s work is also informed by her own lived experience, which adds authenticity, humility, and empathy to the therapeutic process.
Scarlett holds a Master of Counselling and Psychotherapy from Western Sydney University, where she was recognised with the PACFA Outstanding Graduate Award for her clinical excellence. She also received the University Medal in Sociology and Anthropology from the University of New South Wales (UNSW), highlighting her academic achievement and deep commitment to understanding human relationships, identity, and social systems. She continues to engage in ongoing professional development and reflective practice, ensuring her work remains responsive, ethical, and grounded in current research.

She has extensive expertise in the domestic and family violence sector, including more than 10 years managing a women’s service in South Western Sydney.
Nikki is highly knowledgeable in the family law system and understands the challenges women face when engaging with legal processes. She provides informed, practical support to help clients feel more confident and prepared at every stage.
Her practice is grounded in a strengths-based, client-centred approach. Nikki is passionate about empowering women, believing that when women are supported to recognise their own capacity and resilience, meaningful and lasting change becomes possible.
Nikki holds a degree in Social Justice and is currently completing her Master of Social Work, further strengthening her commitment to evidence-based, trauma-informed practice.
